Universal Prom Makeup

Hey girlies!
I decided to include a universal prom eye look to compliment any dress for all those girls attending prom this month. It is a bit dramatic, but subtle enough to be worn for a night out dancing.

PRODUCTS:
Urban Decay Primer
Urban Decay Cream Eyeshadow in Rehab *DISCONTINUED*
Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette (Strange, Factory, Darkhorse, Blackheart)
Matte Black
NYX Eye Pencil in Jet Black
L'Oreal Gel Eyeliner in Blackest Black

STEPS:
  1. Prime the entire eyelid and apply Rehab on top. Blend. (TIP: Any cream shadow works, as long as it is dark)
  2. Use a blending brush for more precision to apply Nooner onto the crease.
  3. With a flat shader brush, press Factory onto Rehab. Blend Nooner and Factory together. Blend well.
  4. Place Darkhorse onto the crease and blend.
  5. Create a V-shape on the outer corner and apply Blackheart. Blend.
  6. Slightly line the top lash line with a black eyeliner by following the natural eye shape. (TIP: It's okay if it's a bit messy!)
  7. With a small brush, blend the smudged line.
  8. Use an angled brush with a matte black and place it on top of the smudged line.
  9. To intensify the black, use a gel eyeliner to create a line as close as possible to the top lash line.
  10. Tightline the upper and bottom lash line.
  11. Smudge Darkhorse onto the lower lashline.
  12. Apply false eyelashes and coat top and bottom lashes.
  13. You're done!
