Hey girlies!
Sorry for the late post, finals are nearing and there's been a lot of studying!
For today's look, I decided to create an everyday eye look for spring/summer. I used neutrals, peachy and copper colors. I added false lashes because I love wearing them, but this look would also look nice without them.
I am still working with the lighting, trying to figure out how to get the best photos, but in the meantime please bear with me! I wish the photos could pick up the nice colors, but I promise that in person, this eye look is REALLY nice.
PRODUCTS (in the order they were used):
Urban Decay Eye Primer in Original
Tarte Carried Away Palette December 2012 (LIMITED EDITION)
L'Oreal Gel Eyeliner in Blackest Black
NYX Eyeliner in Jet Black
STEPS:
- Prime the entire eyelid and lower lash line.
- Using a flat shader brush, apply the lightest color (top left corner) all over eyelid.
- With a fluffy brush, place the peachy color (bottom right corner) on the crease area and blend it slightly upwards. Blend.
- With a pencil brush, apply the copper (top right corner) color on the outer corner to darken up the area. Blend the copper and peachy colors together.
- Line the top lash line (for a more natural look, make the line thin) and create a flick at the end to wing it.
- With a small pointed brush, place the peachy color under the lash line and then apply the copper color on top.
- False lashes are optional. Apply mascara on top and bottom lashes.
- You're done!
This look is REALLY easy and takes only a matter of minutes. Very handy for those out-the-door kind of days!
