How To: Winged Eyeliner

This is my daily eyeliner routine. Depending on my eye makeup that day, the only thing I change is the thickness of the eyeliner.

I use Lacquer Liner 24H L'Oreal Infallible in Blackest Black (171)

Price varies. I purchased this for about $7 at Wal-Mart.

I LOVE the packaging of this gel liner. It comes in a glass jar with a gold lid and an eyeliner brush. 

It glides on smoothly and the brush is perfect enough to have more control of the wing. 

Now on to the instructions!
First and foremost, the key to the PERFECT eyeliner is to follow your natural bottom lash line. The eyeliner should not be too high or too straight or slanted. To follow your bottom lash line, simply tilt your head towards the side and find the end of your bottom eyelash. Slowly drag the eyeliner up.

Next, begin about halfway on your top eyelash and slowly drag the eyeliner up. When you are nearing close to the line you drew in the first step, slightly curve the eyeliner. 

After this step, follow the line you did in the second step but make the line shorter as your go more towards your inner eye. 

Finally, fill in the remaining gap and you're done!

It's easier than it seems, but as with everything, practice makes perfect!
