Who's excited for the weekend? Since most of you girlies probably go out with friends, I decided to create a Kim Kardashian inspired eye look for those nights out dancing.
When she first caught the spotlight, Kim's dark, dramatic smokey eyes were her signature look. Smokey eyes are fairly easy to master, the key is to blend. I took inspiration from this photo, where she's using a lot of black, and incorporated brown into the mix. Talk about DRAMATIC eyes.
Of course, this eye look is intended to be used at night, but for those brave girls out there, it can also be used during the day.
What I love about this look is that it is SUPER EASY to do, and you only need a few products!
PRODUCTS:
Urban Decay Eye Primer in Original
NYX Eyeliner Pencil in Jet Black
Matte Black eyeshadow
Urban Decay NAKED Palette (Buck, Virgin)
False Eye Lashes
Clinique Extreme Volume Mascara
STEPS:
1. Prime entire eyelid.
2. Place Buck onto crease area and slightly higher to act as a transition color. Blend.
3. Apply the black pencil onto the entire eye and blend with finger. (It's okay if it's a bit messy!)
4. Using a flat shader brush, pat a matte black eyeshadow all over the eyelid. Blend the black and transition color together.
5. Go in as needed with Buck to help blend the colors together.
6. Highlight the brow bone with Virgin and slightly on the inner corner.
7. Apply false eyelashes and mascara.
8. You're done!
